My article, "Leapfrogging Borders: Social Change Technology in the Global South and its Implications for American NTAPs," gives an overview of the field of social change technology in the global south and analyzes its implications for American non-profit technology assistance providers (NTAPs). I argue that I gave a talk about the paper via video at the the 2007 NTEN conference in Washington DC. You can download the article by clicking the image to the left.
