What Happened in Texas?

I'm really upset about what happened in Texas and I keep asking myself why.  I've been looking for explanations of how Hillary won and I've found a good analysis from the Dallas Morning News.  It constrasts Hillary's top-down strategy, which rested on old political connections to the political elite, to Obama's grassroots organizing strategy.

    AUSTIN – The Democratic presidential candidates are similar on most policy issues but could not have been more different when it came to courting voters.

    A year ago, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton had a deep cache of allies in political officialdom to pave the way, call the shots and run the ground game in the Lone Star State.

    Sen. Barack Obama had a young, independent organizer with a blog and a Dallas retiree with a business background and some serious political foresight – though zero political experience.
