Me, Illustrated

Posted by Mary on 03/04/2008 at 21:21

In my political organizing class today I had to give a presentation which included my "story of self" - the events in my life that have made me who I am. I was also asked to make a visual aid to illustrate the story, which ended up being such a beautiful work of art that I just wanted to share it.

Thanks, Ruben, though I hope you are not referring to my art work!

Your Good DigiActive Site

Sent by Ruben Lara on 27/04/2008 at 03:53 AM

It has been a while but my compliments were to your support site and the special poster about digital activism.  I sense some good humor in your reply... Please allow me to compliment it also. If you like humor you are invited to see my latest political video, 'Castro Scolds Hillary' on YouTube (unles you like Hillary).  It is political digital activism for taking the proper steps in international politics. In other words, keeping American Presidential Candidates on their toes.  Small chance to that, but someone has to do it and whoever wins better get busy or I'll activate them.

The good news is that I received unconfirmed reports about the release of jailed bloger Fouad al-Farhan, so I'm researching. I have my views about Al-Farhan's situation on my blog, rubenlaracast.blogspot.com. I even wrote to Queen Rania of Jordan asking for support about the Al-Farhan situation in Saudi Arabia.

Keep on blogging and I'll see you in the digital world.
