<p>I will not be writing on this blog for a while.  The reason is that I have accepted the position of New Media Operations Manager at <a href="http://www.barackobama.com">Obama for America</a>.  In this position I will be assisting  the Director and Deputy Director of New Media with project management and doing logistics work for the department.</p>
<p>Part of the hiring agreement was that I not maintain a personal blog while I am working at the campaign (not that I will have any time to blog anyway). And in turn, they rely on friends and online connections for news to come to them.
