<title>Social Change Technology in the Global South</title>

My article, &quot;Leapfrogging Borders: Social Change Technology in the Global South and its Implications for American NTAPs,&quot; gives an overview of the field of social change technology in the global south and analyzes its implications for American non-profit technology assistance providers (NTAPs).
